Windows 10 Black Screen After Login

This happens after I open a program, Battlefront or Chrome alike. I have tried a lot of solutions on the web, it would be really helpful if people who have gone through the same problem and have fixed it either linked me to the post they used. I don't want just a bunch of people posting threads, I would like people who have faced this issue and have fixed it. PLEASE HELP

Wait so does it turn black when an application is opened, or immediately after you log in?

After an application is opened, I can see all appliocations but I just can't see desktop or taskbar. So i have to open through task manager
