Am i the only one super pumped for Star Citizen?

Personally, Everytime ihear about somthing new i have a nerd fit and instantly daydream of AOD running our own solar system.

I bought one of the packages that includes the ship and the arena module but I haven't actually played yet. How close is the game to being in a playable state?

My guess is its gonna be close to a year still till we get the basics
