No Man's Sky. A Nearly Infinite Galaxy.

So, if you have not heard, No Man's Sky is a procedurally generated game consisting of BILLIONS of visitable planets. The scale of this game is MASSIVE, because of how many planets, ships, and biological organisms there are, it is likely that most of the things you see, are things that no-one else on planet Earth will every see. I hope that other people will be as excited about this game as I am.

I think I heard about this awhile ago...but it definitely looks intriguing.

I'm definitely cautiously optimistic. About as hyped as I will allow myself to be these days.

I am definitely, most likely, pessimistically cautious about my optimism for this game.

You never fail to amuse me Sep. Lol

They suffered a setback about a year ago when their office in England flooded in heavy rainfall. They mannaged to push through it, so I'm curious to what it 'll be when it comes out.
Think it'll be very fun @ first, but I'm unsure if it won't get boring after a while...

Then again, almost every game tends to bore out after a while :P

Elite Dangerous promises the same thing but with our galaxy. So far it takes litterally an hour to fly down to the surface. But you cant land yet. I wonder if No Mans Sky will get it first.

The next major update for Elite is wings (squad play), which comes out in March. Landing on planets probably won't be implemented until late 2015, early 2016.

I know im watching that game. I just suck with my HOTAS controls.

I'm more for elite dangerous atm, I have a bunch of hours in it and I'm looking forward to the expansions that will allow for purchase of capital ships and landing on planets, I will likely get No mans Sky as well when it comes to PC but I'll probably be biased as I have many hours in Elite Dangerous

This game looks great!

The trailer made me moist.
