Good Online Game Design Schools?

I've had a lot of time on my hands lately, and have decided to go back to school.

I'm looking for:

-School or University with online option to get a BS in Computer Science, potential for Master's
-Costs $14,000/year or less
-Schools that offer broad, yet well-rounded programs in game design. For example: A BS in game design curriculum, but has a course or two in animation, drawing, and/or business management. Probably something only someone who attended said school would know.
-Generally looking for the best back for my buck - quality over quantity.

Any info is appreciated guys!

well I'm not sure about costs but I think full sail maybe good.
