Anyone Play Phantasy Star Online 2 thats new to it?

There anyone around that plays or has played Phantasy Star Online 2 JP, and is still pretty low level? Even still plays, or did play for a bit but didn't have anyone to play with? Let me know, it would be awesome to have some other members to play with.

I'm quite interested in playing PSO2. Is there a guide to registering for it?
