EQ2 Technicolor Seizure

ok..first off...hello, to everyone who reads this..;) im having an issue with Everquest II..the game runs perfectly fine, except for the fact, that i have a 1 inch wide strip that runs down the left hand side of my tv/monitor, that rapidly flashes a bunch of colors, then changes direction as i load into the game, or play the game...video will follow. ive tried getting help for this on the actual eq2 forums..so ive tried a bunch of stuff, from my mobo drivers, to dx reinstall..and i even went into BIOS for some strange reason, lol..help...this thig looks cool, but is annoying as hell! Does it do the same thing with a different monitor?

i havent tried another monitor, but it doesnt do it with any other game i play
