lol nice one...i doubt it was a dev or anything though, more than likely it is just a "title" given to a WT player that is given chat moderator power,tools in game. Like some closed Alpha testers and such.
For example our WT CO Dannes has a "research pilot" title :27:
I have seen Chat Moderator before but I thought he was only in my game to keep a close eye on Wipe!
I don't talk to Krasny very often, but do talk to the other mods a lot more.
