It sounds like your video card's fan(s) are hitting something in your case, slowing them down. When you're playing a game and this happens, your GPU temperature will rise. If the temperature is too high, it can cause artifacts(which is what it looks like you're seeing).
The best way to fix this is to move any loose cables from around your video card

What KC said. Thats what it basically sounds like.

+1 on what KC said. Possible one of the fan bearings is defective that coises the noise. When it overheats it willartifact. check your temperatures when you see the flashing triangles.

i have checked it but its not the ventilator but i think the triangles is realy from high temp because amd have shit auto ventilation

I had artifact showing when my VRAM was going bad. Perhaps this link will help: http://www.techsupportforum.com/foru...ms-651405.html
Are the problems only in games? What PSU do you have? You can see the temperatures in Catalyst Control Center, how high are they exactly?
The manufacturer of your card is ASUS, not AMD. It's a high end card, so the cooling system should be very good.

i need to use msi afterburner for correct cooling i have a corsair 600w and the temps without the msi afterburner is 50-60 and with afterburner is around 40
and thank you for that post it realy usefull
