How do I make a video out of a replay?

I think I have a replay that shows a guy who's found a way to cheat. As I watch, what I can watch of him, he's using a T34 1942 and shooting tanks from across the lake, even while moving, and getting hits. As his turret scans, it stops when it's pointed at enemy tanks, even when they're behind buildings and out of LOS. The replay will not show me what he sees, but I cannot see how he could be making these shots, and would like to get more opinions of this. The rate at which he was doing this slacked off after I pointed it out via ALL chat in-game.

The player's name was "sheeptm".

If someone can give me instructions on making a video of this, I'll upload it.

are you asking for like a program like bandicam. which i use to record gameplay and replays. or like taking the actual file out of the games replay files and uploading that. which i dont even know is possible

If you did upload it the video would have been taken down anyway it happened with another Youtuber

As for me: I use GeForce Experience - Shadowplay to record.

he is asking how to make the ingame replay turn into a video, that is also a thing I would like to learn for the same reasons to call out hackers and cheaters put them on youtube no mather what gaijin thinks/say about it .
