No man just that it happens to me twice and the only cure was to uninstall and dowload the all game again........Lo siento :)
make sure that Your anti-virus hasn't blocked it due to new content recently dloaded it may feel is suspect
Make sure the exe for the game has correct permissions give it admin privileges, sometimes after an update the exe is updated and those changes don't stick. Also i'm pretty sure there is a 64 bit client as well try either one, and mess with the launcher settings sometimes the WIP work in progress build will fix issues for me. Just a thought.
