I have been making this over the last week so appologies for not being around.

On the skin there is a download button at the bottom, click that and extract it to the user skin folder in your war thunder game folder.

Very impressive skin. For those that asked, it works fine on the F8F1B as well via the following steps:
1) Duplicate the folder template_f8f1 in your UserSkins folder and rename to template_f8f1b
2) Rename each file in the template_f8f1b folder from f8f1*.* to f8f1b*.*
3) edit f8f1b.blk and replace all instances of f8f1 with f8f1b
