strategic gameplay sessions (in random battles)

As a follow up to my previous post about playing more strategical in random battles and the reactions I had on ts and the forum
I've decided to "launch" 2 sessions a week, tuesday at about 20h gmt and saturday at about 15h gmt
Since we don't have some clear leaders/trainers at this point, I've decided to give every volunteer a shot at leading a squad
Over time we'll find out who's good at what and build from there if all goes well
Everyone is welcome, there is no fixed difficulty or BR
Any tips/remarks are welcome

AB or RB?
Ground or Air?

I am learning how to even keep my plane in the air while trying to shoot something,
so don't expect me to even think about strategic fighting in planes
But feel free to get a squad together and fly out, why not?
Also between AB and RB, feel free to get choose what u like, I'm most likely going to start out with AB because I'm most comfortable at it at the moment
To whole reason I launched this idea is because I want to learn and become a better player
One of the things I feel I need to learn and do better is strategie and apparantly I'm not the only one
It's not a training session were I'm going to explain what to do, that's why I asked for potential leaders in the first post
Since noone really replied to that part, I suggested the option for everyone to give it a go if u feel like trying out leading a squad
So in short, everything is open for me, it's up to the players to learn from each other and become better players (hopefully)
