46.165.221.166 tried to access my account.

So, yesterday I received an Email from AOD, which said the address "46.165.221.166" tried to access my account, but 46.165.221.166 is some Tor thing which means that's not the exact IP address from where "they" were trying to access my account.

So now I'm quite worried since I don't know if they tried to access anything else, like Facebook or Steam; so what are your thoughts about this? any kind of advice?
