I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I don't have much time to post this. Does anyone else have the problem where with EVERY game on Steam (I don't know if literally EVERY one) at some point in playing, glitches the game out, and crashes your whole computer?
I guess that's an issue with your computer???
I haven't had that problem with my computer are you sure you are not overloading the graphics settings and such on your computer and has it had a good clean :P :)
Do you have any crash logs we can reference? What makes you think it's steam causing it and not your OS due to something like a process in the background causing a memory leak?
Or as stated above, have you checked your temperatures? I'd wager money on either a leak, overheating or nasty malware of some sort.

Sounds like overheating. If you haven't broken down your rig to dust it out and re-apply thermal paste in the last year or two. I would start there.
