4/10 "BedrockBedlam' squad report

I have sent in this months squadron report.
I am recommending all promotions for those NOT active on the forums be withheld until next meeting *March*.
The interview and reminders given often say You MUST be active in forums,at lest 1x per month.
You don't have to write a thesis,but a "check-in' would be nice.
We have several openings in other squads/flights if You don't feel this is fair.
MY squad WILL be active in ALL clan pursuits.
This does not mean every1 must do everything,however the minimums WILL be upheld.
We have over 300 active WT members and We get more app's daily.
WE are the premier clan to fly/tank for,and 4/10 does WORK.
I am watching all of My squadron for their adherence to this policy,and will recommend promotions/demotions as needed.
