Is the Primitive + DLC for free because I got the game allready?

Yes the Primitive Plus DLC is free the game is in EA which means as an early access supporter you get the DLC's for free.

What Digital said is absolutely correct. If you purchase the game, the developers have stated you will get all DLCs and the full retail game for free. So you won't pay anymore than the one-time purchase price.
