My price range is about 200-250 Usa currency
Really just wanna play game on high but i would like the most bang for my buck for performance.

If needed, the R9 280x is a decent card, especially when you overclock it.

currently the best card at its price. though it is $10 above your price range, other than that, you are looking at the GTX 760 which is a little slower (only go for it if you must have physx support).
I waas more thinking AMD due to mantle...if that is even a thing anymore but i might go with the gtx since they do use less power i just have to way the odds.

2. What Resolution?
1980-1080 as resolution
Battlefield 4, Planetside 2, Counter Strike, Archeage, Battlefront when it comes out, and most demanding games at ultra-high ,for all settings, with at least 40fps on single player and i can just turn down shadows and stuff if i want more
I would also keep your eyes open for a used or new old stock GTX 680 or 690 both will outperform the GTX 760 and the 680 is a close match for the GTX 770

I'd either go for 280x or stretch to a 770. Also watch out for sales, normally a few around this time of year.Quote:
