I need some recommendations on a new mouse.

My old mouse has finally gotten to the point where i need a new one. I currently have a Logitech G700 and was hoping to find something similar in design but i don't like the way the new one was designed and was hoping for some recommendations on others which are similar or which ones have a good track record with other people. I generally play FPS games along with some racing and MMO games, so I am looking for a mouse with some additional buttons but not much more than 5 or 6 extra buttons on it. I am currently considering the Roccat Tyon (http://www.roccat.org/Products/Gaming-Mice/ROCCAT-Tyon/) but since I have no idea what the build quality on their mice is like I was hoping to find out if it would be a worthwhile investment. Thank you in advance for any help you might offer.

Not sure if it's your style, but I've had a Logitech MX518 for a while now, been the best mouse I've ever owned.

That is an optical mouse correct?

There is not much to really upgrade from if you have a G700, if there is an issue with it, then see if you are able to repair it. if it is under warranty they will just replace it, but if not, then most of the components in the mouse can be replaced pretty easily.

Yup.

I was looking for a laser mouse have had some issues with optical mice before.
