From what I see in that screenshot, it looks like it could be some type of malware installed on your system; perhaps a botnet type. McAfee is a real problem antivirus; it has been since it's release. If reformatting and reinstalling (my primary suggestion) is something you wish to avoid, I would suggest getting Avira's boot cd (http://www.avira.com/en/download/pro...-rescue-system) and scanning the system with that, removing any viruses it encounters. I would then run windows, and assuming the removal of the virus hasn't hashed your system files, remove McAfee and install Avira free version (which is going to be a much better detector and performant antivirus).
