War Thunder without Steam?

I downloaded War Thunder on steam. Is there anything I can do so I can play it without logging in to Steam ? Help please :D

i went to www.warthunder.com and downloaded from there.. i later went on steam and downloaded there as well.. so having both clients on your computer will work.. so to answer your question, yes you can download a client separate from steam. jus go to the war thunder website

If you right clic the WT icoon on your pc then go to properties you will see that it does not really go to the WT launcher but to a steam launcher wich will launch WT.

If you wanna get around that so that you can go into the WT folders and find the launcher.exe on my pc its in C:\\WarThunder\lancher.exe
link that to a shortcut on the desktop and use that to start WT
