Didn't know if there were any fixes, or settings on computer which would cause higher ping, I can be playing the game with keywee literally 1 foot behind me using my router and he will ping 30 less. all other games I ping 35-50 but on this one I cant get below 90.

It could be who you're partying up with? Being on the west coast, if I party up with east coasters, then we get a server on the east coast and I get a higher ping. If they join me, however, I get a low ping and they get stuck with a higher ping.
Could just be Ubisoft's servers, I often get bad connection when playing
Well im basing it off my experience here. As JK like to play it it consists of
1 CENTRAL, 1 WESTERN, 1 EASTERN, 1 EURO (UK), 1 Australian
Siege has a terrible time of trying to find a decent ping for everyone. I get 150 where as CS I could get (as low as)90 when playing with this group.
well I don't ping good in any of the servers, is the problem if someone is lanning with me literally 1 foot away from me they still ping 30 better then me.
ah just to make you feel worse theres an extra 20+ ping on top of what you see
E.G do you have 50? guess what? you have 70
Any ping under 150ms should be fine. Most humans can't react that fast - unless you're the exception :)
