There is. I think it is mostly used for special events (such as Capture the Sundy event we just had) or Reaper ops. I also am pretty sure it is private and not in the outfit search list, so you will likely have to use Teamspeak to coordinate being on at the same time as someone else who can invite you into it. At least this is what I remember off the top of my head based on how AOD runs the NC side-outfit.
The AODS outfit is a private outfit that is used by our full members. Find an officer in teamspeak and they can invite you.
