Windows desktop software question

Hi guys, I'm trying to remember the name of a program I used to use years ago. It has an overlay on the desktop that will monitor stuff like CPU and RAM usage, as well as temperatures for components with sensors like GPU.
I can't for the life of me remember its name. There were tons of skins and configurations for it.

An internet cookie for whoever knows what I'm talking about :)
