AMD 8320 Bulldozer + Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 overclocked
Finally got my Cooler Master hyper 212 evo cooler so started the oc today,
After 5 crashes i finally found a stable build that i'm happy with
Now running 4.4GHz at 1.45v
Temp sitting around 38 degrees idol/54 degrees gaming
Used AIDA 64/Prime 95 to test

Try upping the voltage slightly as long as you stay under 60C everything should be fine. That cooler should be able to handle some more. Are you using a high quality thermal paste. I like the antec formula 7 and it can be found at your local staples store. I also have an 8320 and was able to hit 4.8Ghz using 1.475V using the multiplier only. Maybe up your dram voltage and cpu-nb voltage slightly to see if things become stable.

Are you using the fsb or the multiplier to oc? You should be using the multiplier to find your max oc. The fsb is used to fine tune everything else which involves changing voltages and timings of other areas. From your descriptions I dont think it is heat related.
Dram voltage depends on the dram itself but 1.65V should be safe. I have elpida hypers so I have used 1.75V and then was able to do 1.8V when I put a fan on them.
The cpu northbridge or imc (NOT the NB1.8V) can be pushed to as high as your cpu voltage but it will also increase your cpu temprature so up it slowly to see how much it affects temp.
I cant stress this enough. Yes the processor can hit 70C BUT you lose your oc headroom after 60C. If you are looking for max oc try not to go past 60C on AMD FX processors.

Looks like you have your cpu/nb frequency oc slightly at 2400mhz. I believe stock is 2200mhz. Try putting your cpu/nb and htlink to 2200mhz and then test if you can oc your processor higher. If you want to oc your cpu/nb then up the volt on it but again this causes the cpu to be hotter. Goodluck.

dram voltage seems low too. AMD does not like low voltages on the dram try upping it to 1.6v and try ocing again
