Hey guys,

how much?
Ebay has them going for around 150, but if I don't sell it on there then I'd go down to the 110-120 range. Always willing to bargain with my AOD brothers :)
Would love to, but no way I can afford one right now. Let me know if you can't find a buyer and I can try to convince the wife that my GTS 450 NEEDS to be upgraded, no matter what.

Gaming on a gts450!!! You better get on your hands and knees and start begging your wife.
And I thought I was using an old card with the GTX 560.
lol u guys got it easy im gaming with a gt 520
Dayum people can't even call those gaming cards hehe :P
I'm easily pulling 60p fps with a mix of high and ultra settings at 1080p in Battlefield 4 with my 670, still a solid card after all these years. Hoping my new 970 will be the same way.
lol yea its not even close to a gaming card but its best i can use right now cause of my desktop is a slimline so has to be a low profile .. but i need to get something else when i put my new one together ... graphics card will be the hardest part for me to get a good one ... but my case i have for my build is a thermaltake xaser III super tower im excited for when i can finally do some real gaming lol
pshh y'all have it to easy im on ATI Radeon HD 4650 thats old :p. I get 8-15 frames on my core game :(
Now if i had some spare income i would take that off your hands, but I just recently built a new rig from scratch (all i need is a graphics card) and changed my tires on my car I am flat broke. Plus my gf (been with for 9 years technically wife i guess) doesn't even know about the new rig >_>. ah ha ha...
I was using an ATI 4870 for the longest time, then it just stopped one day so I just swapped it out with my wife's GTS 450, which she is still mad about since she was a member of the BF3 division at the time and hasn't been able to play since.

your ATI Radeon HD 4650 is still 1gb 128 bit card while my 520 is only 1gb 64 bit id say mine sucks more then yours lol
hahaha, that is awesome!
I imagine I could get away with this also as long as I do my build on my current monitor, and not do something silly...like talk about it! She would not know the difference anyways.
The offer is tempting Epic_Blob, I am running an ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series.
I have been looking into replacing my entire system soon, so, do not want to invest in something that hopefully will be replaced soon.
I found this wonderful Video from June 25, 2014, and seems to be a solid system https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7WQxr59KRto
Uses Sapphire Radeon R9 270X Dual-X Boost OC AMD Graphics Card 2GB Graphics Card
I have no idea what all that actually means...HAHAHA
Heheh well if you do want to do that setup I actually have a FX-6300+Motherboard I'm also looking to sell :P And a 670 is more powerful than a 270X so you'd be getting better performance.
I actually have most of those components (6300 cpu, micro atx MB, 500w cpu, and the 670) so if you really did want that setup then I've got pretty much all of the parts.
I appreciate it EpicBlob. It will be a few months before I get a new computer rolling. Buying the wife a new car tomorrow, and I am due for a new vehicle in the spring (10+ years of my Xterra has been nice w/o payments, but it is time...haha)
This computer is from 2008. It has handled all I tossed it's way until Archage hit. I tried to play it, and it's just not gonna fly..haha (WoW, D3, PS2, Firefall, are all playable, but, Archage was over it's limits..haha)
I have a feeling even if I toss in a grand Graphics card in, the choke points will be in the delivery.
I will def. be seeking assistance when I decide to pull the trigger. I have replaced almost every piece of a computer in my past between home and work, so, it should not be a huge issue to build one. It's all about getting the right pieces to jive together~!
Dang you've been busy! If have still have any of my stuff by then I'll be glad to help out! Good luck!
I'd love to buy it to replace my Radeon 6450, which was meant to run Windows and nothing else. However, I don't have a PSU for it. Mine's bare bones, with no extra connectors.
I am seriously looking into this for now Epic Blob....I am unsure if it works in my current computer...so would have to be sure of that.
What info would be beneficial to check compatibility?
All motherboards should support it, make sure your power supply is enough and has two 6-pin connectors.
Thanks! I got the package today.
How dare you taint my front step with Michigan Wolverine packaging tape!
My neighbors will not talk to me!
j/k, I am glad we could make it happen, and will hopefully be installing this week.
