Hey guys,
Is it possible to put a .Gif file or link in my signature so it displays it in motion? I already got a video and made the link off of Giphy, but it shows up in my signature as an image error thing.
Any ideas?

You linked to the page instead of using the absolute path to the file (which would be https://media.giphy.com/media/zJJbm4P0YXqNi/giphy.gif)
But I would caution you on a couple of things:
- The image you're wanting to use is 6 megs. No, not necessarily a huge deal considering the advancements in internet speeds, but more and more people are browsing the internet with mobile devices that obviously don't have the same power. Filesize still needs to be a concern. To remedy this, I would consider optimizing the image / reducing the quality to get a lighter file.
- The length of the gif (or number of frames) is very likely also causing the filesize to bloat. Consider trimming it down a bit.
- It's a little disturbing. Just figured I'd throw that out there.

Ill try to trim it a little bit if possible, and lower the quality after I figure out how
Yeah, its disturbing now that I look back at it, but I couldn't stop laughing the first time I saw the video so I thought id make a signature out of it
Shpeckledorf wtf did you just put as your signature lol
It's also still 6 megs, despite your efforts to reduce it.
There's no need to be a smartass. I already pointed out why filesize is still very relevant. Do some research and you'll see that mobile device market share has been growing steadily in usage since 2013, and in fact between 2013 and 2014, more than half of all visits to major sites like Google, Amazon, NYT, and others are from a mobile device and not from a desktop PC. In fact, in quite a few countries, nearly all visits to websites are from a mobile device.
The fact of the matter is, it's irresponsible and completely unnecessary to have a signature that is 6mb.
Sheesh....it was a joke....loosen up & take a chill pill!

There is a chill pill available, and if necessary, I will gladly administer it directly to you. I guarantee that you will not like it.

Why that sig? Just why...
Just noticed your from Michigan like me XP I thought I was the youngest here too. Nice signature btw XD
I think it's a hilarious signature. By the way, the text in front of it in the quote box is pushing a lot of the image off of the end of the page.
Remove the quote to show the full image.
Ohh nice! I was born and raised in Grand Rapids
Dude I died laughing when I saw this video, I don't know why, just the fact that the barbie spreads her legs under pressure.
As for the size of the Gif, I tried lowering the quality of it but I guess it didn't work; although I didn't make any efforts to shorten it as I thought it would lose the non existent value it already has.
thats good stuff
