    Default Some Site Access Denied

So since my steam is broken, I was going to try downloading warframe from the site, but when I try to go the the site, it says ACCESS DENIED You don't have permission to access "http://warframe.com/" on this server.
I checked my firewalls and nothing, checked my email, no ip ban, restarted modem, router, and computer, that didn't work. Anyone got suggestions as to what is happening and how to fix.

Do you know what exactly is saying access denied? Sometimes anti-virus blocks stuff like that, but Warframe should be popular enough to be a known exception.

Or you could record a video of what happens so we actually see what's going on. :P

Let me take one step further than antivirus.
Is the network you are connected to your personal home network?
    What is your ISP?
    Do you have router/modem?
Do you use any sort of Firewall besides Windows Firewall?

Oh and btw, warframe is HTTPS not HTTP.

A modem that's older than me

I didn't think of that, I just used IE and it worked, sorry for the trouble.
Why would I have access denied on chrome and not IE though, I'm thoroughly confused.

Try entering the address with https not http. You might have some settings on Chrome that does not redirect automatically to https even if you enter http.

Even why I type it with https it says You don't have permission to access "http://www.warframe.com/" on this server. In my browser it says https though, it might not be recognizing it for some reason.

When you get that error, there is an icon "i" in circle next to the address in the address bar. If you click it, it will show info, why it is blocking the page.

Try clearing your cache for your main browser. Go to the website and hit Shift+F5 and see if that helps.

I don't know the exact reasons, but it might be saving some bad data or something. Either way, I'm fairly certain that since we know it's the browser that it's cache/cookie issue.

It just says the connection to the site is not secure, but I've been on it before.

It seems that Chrome does not want to validate SSL certificate.
Could it be that your antivirus is scanning SSL certificate and is blocking it?
    What antivirus are you using?

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), it's a certificate that authenticates the secure identity of the website and encrypts information sent to the server. So basically HTTPS is a secure version of HTTP, thus HTTPS websites tend to have SSL certificate.

Try turning off your anitvirus. I would actually uninstall it as it seems not a good one anyways. I'm using Windows Defender and it is perfectly fine. If you want something really good then I would recommend Bitdefender - using it on all company devices at my work. But for home use Windows Defender is just fine. (I have trusted sources where I get statistics of which antivirus is good and responsive to new threats and Windows Defender is one on the top list).
