So I was driving the other day and this guy decides to keep braking because I was driving like I was in a rush, and he waved to me making me even angrier. I need to learn to keep calm because I'm using so much gas.

I get frustrated on the road easily. I have learned to listen to calmer music and just not get mad in the first place, one I get mad I stay mad.

I have the problem, that every driver arround me wants to cause an accident. (I think because we got a pretty "special" car people think oh let's challenge them and do weird around them, when I just wanted to drive normal it gets me so angry)
Couple months ago, I got a stopping violation (not a complete stop at a stop sign) And a speeding ticket. I was like less than a month away from turning 21 where your tickets are reset to 0. So, to not get my license suspended I had to take a class. Really boring 4 hours, but something interesting is that when you speed, your saving very little time. Much less than what you think.
Formula: Time/mph x 60=Time
30/70=.4 x 60=26 (normal speed limit)
30/80=.3 x 60=23 (3 min saved by going +10 speed limit)
30/90=.3 x 60=20 (6 min saved by going +20 speed limit)
Now then, if you get pulled over for going +10 you get a fat ticket of $100+ to pay off. Oh, good luck explaining that you were late because you needed to hit up starbucks lol. I'm sure the judge will understand. Now, here in Illinois if you get caught going +20 or more, you can get straight up arrested.
So in short, if you just leave 5 min early you can reduce your stress and not feel in such a rush, and you don't have to speed. If you're feeling late, you're going to make unnecessary risks. Just hit cruise control and relax.
I keep calm by knowing i have a P226 in the glove box, and every time I get angry i ask myself if jail for the rest of my life is worth it.
