Nice video, I'll have to try some of these out.

You can also set up a user.cfg file to run these commands automatically. https://youtu.be/TxlR8tTruLM?t=1m8s

I setup a config myself. one "normal" and one to fix the punkbuster (punkbuster only for BFH) bug.

    Normal config:
    WorldRender.TransparencyShadowmapsEnable 0
    WorldRender.MotionBlurEnable 0
    WorldRender.MotionBlurQuality 0
    WorldRender.MotionBlurMaxSampleCount 0
    WorldRender.SpotLightShadowmapEnable 0
    WorldRender.LightTileCsPathEnable 0
    PostProcess.DynamicAOEnable 0
    PerfOverlay.DrawFps 0
    GameTime.MaxVariableFps 119.95
    WorldRender.PlanarReflectionEnable 0

    Punkbuster:

pb_MsgPrefix "PunkBuster Client" //[PB Message Prefix]
    pb_Sleep 2500 //[# of Milliseconds (default=20)]
    pb_LogToFile 0 //[0=No, 1=Yes (default=0)]
    pb_SsLog 0 //[0=No, 1=Yes (default=1)]
    pb_SsSave 0 //[0=No, 1=Yes (default=0)]
    pb_SsOptions 640 480 50 50 1 //[- Set local PB screenshot options, default = native screen resolution]
