Default What Aod Means To Me?

First I would Like to say I am so glad to have been introduced to Aod. Second I don't think there is any other clan/Guild/Gaming community that I would ever go to. Aod is one of a kind and the ppl within it's ranks are excellent,Helpful,Fun,Friendly. Aod to me is like my Second Home. I have met so many interesting ppl from all over the world. I have Learned lots and am still learning more every day. Honestly AOD Is like my Family away from Family. Glad to be here and to serve for Aod. Thank you Again.

AOD is more then just an "average" clan and is often Imitated but never duplicated.

AOD is a special place for many reasons: Excellent organizational infrastructure, commitment to the COD, acceptance and support for many different games and styles, acceptance and support of a globally and culturally diverse membership with respect for all, standardized recruitment procedures to ensure that new recruits have a good initial experience, etc., etc.

But AOD is far more than just a well-organized and administrated place to gather with people to play games; the biggest reason AOD is the best gaming clan in the universe is the people; we interact and support each other like no other group I’ve ever experienced. It’s my online home and every one of you are my family. The people are what brought me here and it’s what will keep me here for life……

AOD means honor above all. Leadership by fully engaged leaders at all levels be it the top or the recruitment level.

So, if I were to translate this into War Thunder, this is what I would envision would eventually develop:

Squad Leaders collecting interested members and recruits and leading them in team activities. If you are unsure what I mean watch Long5hot's video about teamwork https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T_SU...D4hp3KIld8w_Zg. This means squad leaders playing realistic at whatever level is appropriate for the lowest progressed player and everyone else joining in. In addition, nicely trying to progress players from arcade to realistic when it seems appropriate.

Training - lots of it is required. Mainly for teamwork which would be developed if squad leaders took leadership rolls daily. Perhaps a desired training forum post that people could post to asking what they want to learn.

Examples of how to handle situations within game when people call out AOD members for collisions, onw team pk on purpose, own team intentional injection into your fight including line of sight fire blocking.

More visible competitive team and grooming for it. Post battles replays in the forums. Identify potential players through the leadership levels and training sessions / 4 player arcade and realistic sessions.

I hope one day War Thunder evolves more into a team focused combat squad as right now it seems more like a me me me kills kills kills environment where working together is not really a priority for a majority of players. There are some great team workers but I play at all time zones and with everyone and in general we have some improvements to make in the teamwork area.
