Generally a lot of our members seemed to have been getting burned out of the game, and activity started dropping. It got to the point where the division seemed to be just the same small group of people on each night, and eventually it closed because of it. I wasn't an officer with them at the time so I can't say for 100%, but that's what the main issue seemed like to me.
We do have an Armored Warfare division now, which is slightly similar in concept except lots of different mechanics and game modes. :)

ah i see. is there a chance of bringing it back? at least just socially so ppl that do play wot can wear AOD tags?

As a full division, not unless there are changes in the future that makes it a game AOD can enter into. I don't know the specifics but a few leaders of the clan have looked over the game already, and in the current state it wouldn't happen.
There are AOD members who do play the game on the side though. Although technically speaking you'd probably have to join an existing division to have access to our Ts3 server again to be able to communicate with them. :P
