How would ARK work if it was made into a full division? Ingame would we be just a gigantic tribe or something?

To answer your question, yes, we operate on an official sever as one tribe and it's working quite well. We operate out of a few different bases, we work as a team to accomplish goals. It works. As far as if we went to a full division, it would probably stay the same with little change. Main force on official server as a single tribe, we have our own private server for events/PVE and also a survival of the fittest server.
