Approach from above and from the side to minimise the gunner's field of fire. It also allows you start aiming at the tip of the bomber and rake it along the wings and engines. When the plane catches fire, run. In this video you have to high of an angle of attack which gives you too little time on target. It also now forces you into high G turns risking loss of control.
