So my 970 went almost a year before being a part of my massive cooling upgrade and had a good amount of sag that just looked terrible even after the change to liquid; the damage was done. After looking around online I began to look for better solutions than string or shoving a random object under it (aesthetics matter). Puget systems has anot acrylic GPU bracket but since I no longer have an air cooler it wouldn't reach properly. I would recommend anyone with sag to check them out.
However, this is where my stroke of wingeneering kicked in. My motherboard came with dust covers for all of the slots so the colors match (check). It's not in the way of anything (check) and it fits perfectly and seems like ithe belongs (check).
Before
After (fits nicely between backplate using USB 3.0 slot for support looks clean AF)
