    Default Screen weird issues

So basically today I've been experiencing some problems with my GPU/Monitor.

First I'm seeing some flickering thick blue horizontal lines, I think they appear when there are "grey" colors on the screen and appear more frequently when playing; I normally use a TV connected to a HDMI interface, 4K res.

I used my computer with another monitor and the problem is gone.

So, do you think is the TV? or my GPU? also, when recording with ShadowPlay it doesn't record the lines.

Does your TV exhibit the same issues while watching regular cable?
If so, then its your TV.

Did you try hooking your cable into a different HDMI port on the TV?

When you hooked up your computer to a different monitor, did you use the same HDMI cable or a different one?
If you used the same HDMI cable and port on your GFX card, it's your TV. If not, try hooking a different HDMI cable up to the TV and see if that fixes the issue.

1.- I only have the PC and a Wii U plugged in, but I haven't tried checking if this issue persists while playing on the Wii U
2.- The same one, but I'll try using another one.

By the way, the issue somehow gets fixed if I unplug the cable from the TV and plug it again; or sometimes turning off/on the TV works.
