Steam Refund Policy question

I bought two games in a single order recently, and I'd like to refund one of them but not the other. However, when I go to request a refund, it is denied because it assumes I'm trying to refund the entire order, and one of the games has more than the maximum 2 hours of playtime but the other does not.

Anyone know how I can refund that game?

post a support ticket, once that has been posted it will act like a.... refund request once seen by Steam workers and the game you would like to refund will be refunded but the other game will stay in your library.
happens to my quite alot with steam and i do this method all the time :P

you should just be able to refund the one game but your refund will be to your steam wallet

Single Order? Or Single Bundle?

If games are bundled together, you cannot refund one without the other. If its a single purchase (say buying Witchter 3 and Killing Floor 2) at the same time. Then you should be able to refund separate because they are different things.

Thanks for the suggestion - although I would have rather had it refunded to PayPal, it's nice to at least have that money back.
