"Having issues" is quite broad, what are the issues specifically?

Please tell us what exactly isn't performing correctly.
Is your mic not working?
Are you not hearing sound from your headphones?
Is the driver a software package or external part you connect? (if external, have you connected it to USB 2.0 or 3.0?)
Have you installed the Logitech Gaming Software suite? (http://support.logitech.com/en_us/pr...gaming-headset)
Windows vista? 7? 10?
Is your operating system 32bit or 64?
Per your chat, you have a Realtek audio driver installed on your mobo. Realtek is unfortunately complete shit when it comes to compatibility of drivers. More to come...

This issue is resolved.
He had his headset plugged into his keyboard USB slot instead of his computer. Audio was cutting out due to lack of power.

Yeah I fixed the issue with Gojira scorn, redseven, sci_punk and a few others. In order for me to get this working I had to turn the exclusive mode off on all other devices. Plus I had to go into the bf4 settings folder and change some settings around. Now it seems to be working fine. I am truly grateful for everyone that chimed in with suggestions on this matter. You all are the real MVP's
