probably one of the best sites you can use for buying and information.
just a couple of months ago I got my new gaming laptop from them and no complaints so far. actually if you talk one of the "gamer" (support) on there and simply ask I'm looking for the best computer for gaming at that price range, they'll do it for you.
Are you sure you don't want to build one? About as easy as connecting Lego's together and you would get so much more bang for your buck with that price point! But if not, I can see why you would also just want the ease of plugging it in and hitting the ground running.
highly recommend to build

pcpartpicker.com is incredible, it shows compatibility and sale prices.
There are plenty of reasons not to build. It takes a couple of hours and if you damage the pins on your mobo, it could cost you your cpu and mobo. There is surely a computer shop in your area that also has computer service? Don't buy pre-build, they can build the computer for you for around 30$.
I've put together a list of parts: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/8Dhm6h Total: $1081.35 This will run game of today and tomorrow on 1080p silently no problem.
You can cut the cost down by using your current hard drive. You can also use cheaper case if you don't care how your computer looks.
Also, what resoultion and refresh rate is your monitor? Do you want to buy a new one in near future? Are you willing to upgrade your computer in the future, or are you going to buy a new one when this one becomes old? Do you care about silence?
Red bag, that will be 150 more than the same pc on newegg. http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnumber=83-102-107

https://choosemypc.net/ will generate an system build which you can customize your self.
You might want to wait a few months. NVIDIA's Pascal cards are expected Q1-Q2 2016, and their release will lower the price of previous video cards. ATI's new cards are expected Q2. This is not the best time in the video card cycle to be investing in a computer.
At his price range, we are probably talking 10-15fps improvement for a 6 month wait. I would buy now; new tech is always around the corner.
