yes. it's fairly cheap and gives you good stuff. and as far as i understand, if the tags reaches a certain goal that gaijin is going to give us something /shrug

Yes, it is worth it in my opinion. You get access to a premium Tier II Mustang, a Chaffee with the APCR round, and 20 skins for planes and tanks as well as a 100% research boost during the play offs.
