So recently I decided to give my gaming computer to my little brother since his finally died after 7 long years. I lasted about a month before I felt the itch to replace it. I've built many gaming computers professionally over the years, but I've decided to stop building them for myself. I just want to boot and go (within reason).

Enter the Zotac Steam Machine (ZBOX-SN970-P):

Intel Core i5 6400T (35W/Quad Core/2.2Ghz)
Nvidia GTX 960 (GTX 970M based on specs)
Micron 8GB DDR3 (1600Mhz)
2.5" SATA slot
M.2 SATA slot
More ports than you could possibly need (including some you don't)
180W power supply

I happen to have a spare Samsung 850 Pro SSD, 850 EVO SSD, and 16GB laptop memory handy (I'm not addicted...). So it will be getting a little boost out of the box. My plan is to use this as a big screen PC/console for gaming purposes. With an initial cost of $900, I think it could be a reasonable gaming PC for those that prefer smaller cost and size. It could also be a viable option for those of you without the desire to build your own (to each their own).

I'll give my experience and post as many benchmarks as possible.
