    Geekout Guys...It's complete.

I finished my build I've been planning on for the last few months. Got the parts. Built it for my first time, and I think it looks amazing. It games even more amazing..er..!
    I think I did a fairly good job! ^_^

    Completed build:

    CPU: Intel Core i7-6700k

Mobo: Asus Maximus Viii Hero Alpha

    Ram: Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR4 16GB 3000Mhz

GPU: x2 EVGA GTX 980 Ti Hybrid

    Cooling: Kraken X61

    PSU: Corsair RM1000i

Storage: Western Digital WD Black 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s
Western Digital WD Black 2TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s
    Samsung Evo SSD 500GB Sequential Read 540 MB/s -- Sequential Write 520 MB/s

    OS: Windows 10

    Case: Phanteks Enthoo Luxe

    Fan Hub: Phanteks PWM Controller

Lighting: RGB LED Strip synced with Case Lighting and Hero Alpha

    -------------------------

Now I just need a new monitor...I feel bad for my 27'' 1080p 60hz TV with the system.
    I'd upload a picture, but I'm having difficulty. :(
So here's just a link with one picture for now. I can take some other ones if you guys would be interested in seeing more, just say!

Though anyways..it's simply amazing! The LED on the case (Built in) and the additional strip on the inside are plugged into my Mobo's RGB Header. Which then syncs them (LED Strip has same colors as case lights). It's mind blowing how it looks when changing colors. From static, strobing, breathing, color cycle, music sync and CPU Temp..what else could you ask for with this case lighting?

Games are playing amazing. Of course it's just on my 1080p TV still, but Battlefield...wow does it look good on 200% Resolution Scale!

Was just super excited and wanted to share with you guys!

Nice job, bet it felt very rewarding when it all came together nicely! I remember my first time working on a computer I blew up my mom's dell desktop secretly it deserved everything it had coming to it.

Any reason you went with the i7-6700k? You could have saved some money by going with the i5-6600k, and gotten pretty much the same performance Gaming wise. Probably with the saved money you could have done RAID 0 500 GB SSD's for godly load times.

I went with the i7 since I do a bit of Video Editing and Photoshop. I also record games/stream at the same time I play and felt like it was a good choice. Plus it was a good price! (Plus my last build had an i5 and an i7 sounded nice, especially with a nice price haha)

I am eventually going to be getting another SSD probably, so I'm interested in this RAID. I honestly don't know much about it or how to set it up/how it works.

That is a beast of a machine. I hope you enjoyed your first build. It can be addicting.

I've been looking for new monitors. I'm planning on getting the Acer X34, Asus PG279Q or the Asus PG348Q. Not sure yet!

Though I've been looking for a new second monitor as well, since the one I've been using isn't even 1080! Haha!

So as of now I bought a second monitor, and am using that as my main for now, with my TV as my secondary. The monitor I got is the Asus PB258Q. And my oh my..does 1440p look amazing, and what a HUGE upgrade this is. And that is just with 60hz still! The quality and IPS is light years better and looks amazing, oh boy have I been missing out!

Can't wait until I get my new main monitor (Once I can figure out which one! ) and see how that will be!
