    Default Planes Not to Mod

I thought it might be interesting to provide clan members with a resource on planes to avoid, so members don't waste a lot of game time and/or gold modding planes considered "unplayable". Now I realize that one man's unplayable plane might be another person's fav plane, but generally speaking, some planes are dogs to most players. For instances, I'm working on German planes, and I wish I hadn't put any time or gold into modding the "DO" line of planes... I kept hoping they would get better, buy I never saw it.

So... what planes do YOU regard as minimally playable???

Wouldn't it make more sense to point at the cherries instead of the bad apples?
Anyway, I in the german aviation tree I don't like the following planes in arcade:
    - the Me 410s too sluggish to be used as fighters.
    - I haven't spaded the Do 335s yet, but they get be outturned by bombers and the flight instructor doesn't manage to get he crosshair where you point your mouse at in this plane. I will still grind it out, but I don't think I'll ever enjoy flying these planes unless the FM and/or instructor are overhauled.
    - As you've said all Do 217s fighters are awful.
    - Italian MGs are almost as terrible as Italian bombers.
    - The He 162 has got one of the best roll rates in the game, a good (but rather theoretical) top speed and is outeverythingelsed by any prop plane within its BR range.

Much of the play in this game is focused/centered on mastering different types of warfare. Furthermore,as I've said in many instances, war is a TEAM game. You NEVER win a war alone, and rarely a battle. Much of the fun/grind comes from learning that new style, then incorporating what You've learned to be successful.

My goal is to achieve every plane in every tree, besides premiums, and to ace them all out. It requires studying HOW the actual planes worked/performed in RL battle, the tactics used, and then finding those who would enjoy playing that with Me,then doing so.

There are planes that are absolute utter feces to fly,no matter the job they are supposed to do. THOSE are some of the funnest to fly, imo, as the challenge is double. You fight the fight,AND The plane. Success in those instances is glorious and fun.

lets remember basic tactics. If the plane sucks, squad up w/someone who will be a wingman/protect Your 6. OR,be the wingman. 1 DO has little chance of doing much, two of them, flying together?Better odds..3 of em?Well hell, now its a party. A full squad?Well shit son,I've seen a squad of DO's Absolutely shatter a enemy teams defenses, create chaos, and engender a win doing such. Same w/the bigger bombers in ANY nation. Fly no less than a 2man setup,or more. The "Box' formation works well against most fighter attacks.

in conclusion. Better tactics/squad work and focused play *stay on target,STAY ON TARGET* will help immensely. And remember....

Sure You can yank/bank the airplane around, and she'll go where She's told...but if You ask her nicely and gently urge Her...She'll do things You never imagined-Brig.Gen C.Yager. 1st man to break speed of sound,Air Ace,all around badass
