Even with PERFECT positioning,You must move at least 3x per hour, even while seated. Particularly the hands/arms. There are many, simple, easy to do exercises to prevent CPS *Carpal Tunnel Syndrome*. It is the same tendon/syndrome that causes "Crabbers claw' while working on crab ships. When You finally rest/sleep Your hand retracts to a "Claw' that can take several hours of painful movement/exercises to get loose. Look up those exercises, get a decent chair and work on the positioning and ffs,GET UP AND MOVE ok?
