    Default DDOS our Teamspeak?

around 12:30am EST our teamspeak server went down. Then came back up for a time before going down indefinitely.
I could see TS trying to auto reconnect constantly.
I suspect a DDOS attack. Seen it once before.

    Any clarification?

Are the TeamSpeak servers really that vulnerable in general? seems like for the amount of usage they get they would be pretty well protected

It's not just the TS server that is vulnerable. You have a lot of points of failure regardless of where you host. You have the host's servers, the host's internet service, the ISP itself, etc.
Example is one of our clients was having constant connection issues to a remote desktop server with their software on it. The problem wasn't on our end, the software support immediately said it wasn't their fault and blamed us, then I had to walk their lead techs through basic troubleshooting skills and proved that the problem is with the datacenter where their server is hosted. Haven't had any issues since then but there were 3 big places where there could have been an issue that prevented service.
