You can play Tropico 5 with only the right hand/ mouse maybe some other build-up strategy games.

Depending on what kind of mouse you have, if it is one with programmable keys you could probably play moba's like heroes of the storm or league, just bind all your buttons to the mouse.
You might be interested in looking into something like this.

I'm pretty sure this is the same program I was looking at before(the site looks like it got upgraded, and it's all different looking D:), but this is a program that basically lets you use voice commands for input rather than having to hit buttons. I always thought the only use for it was to sound cool when you say stuff like "Lock Target" or "Engage Hostile" or to avoid complex key bindings, but in your case it sounds like it could open up a ton of possibilities for you.
Edit: I interpreted one arm as in you lost one of your arms permanently, and had a great idea about how you could your feet for movement and alternate buttons for like a fps game. Now that I actually read it better I fixed that. D:
any civilization game is good
In theory you still could play War Thunder, depending on your mouse of course. Only with planes though. Use mouse aim, throttle could be the mouse wheel, firing can be one of the mouse buttons, gear and flaps could still be on the keyboard but you'd have to take your hands off the mouse for a second to adjust for them, the other mouse button could be bombs or rockets, MMB could be for look around I guess. Depends really on the game mode you play.
