    Hey buddy,

after quite some projects i had going on with custom PCs in the past --> http://puu.sh/oXx59/954db01204.jpg ...
... I wanted to settle down by getting an Alienware 18 (I travel a lot and had to get something protable)

    Alienware 18
    Intel Core i7 4930MX 3GHz
    Nvidia GeForce GTX 880M SLI
    32 GB DDR3-RAM
18.4 inch 3D full HD display
500 GB SSD Samsung 850 Pro Series + 250 GB SSD Samsung 850 Pro Series
Qualcomm Killer e2200 Gigabit Ethernet controller

Using a Razer Mamba wireless gaming mouse on a Razer Sphex mousepad + Logitech 930 wireless Headset
    Running on Windows 10

    Cheers

    @AOD_ShadowEye95:

    What a rig man!

Anything else but a full tower wouldn't make sense in your case!!
Aren't the 980 Ti's getting a little loud while gaming?
Except for the power comsumption, this beast is quite awesome, you've done a great job! :)

Haha I know man! Like, when I was going for a case I had to throw my idea of a Noctis 450 out the window because the shit just wont fit xD. This being my first build and all my other desktops being loud af I grew accustomed to the noise :P But I am trying to use custom fan control using speedfan since AISuite is absolute junk tbh. xD

Speaking of which power consumption has not been tested yet so apart from the theoretical value of about 850 I dont have any real numbers on that yet :P

    I see..
When I built my first custom rig i wanted everything to be watercooled to reduce as much noise as possible and get some overclocking potential!
I guess that would mean another 500 quid for both of your graphic cards but noise would defnitely be gone and the lifespan would dramatically increase. Just a little mind game :D

Every monitor got its own desk and even your pc got one aswell :D

Just be careful not to hit something which eventually falls off and gets damaged

The place where the rig is is part of the desk. I'm using one of those mini-tables you would pull up to eat on the couch for the second monitor.

The core of my build is 4 years old this year (CPU, Mobo, Memory). Maybe next spring it will be time to upgrade.
