    Default Cable Management thoughts

So I have been looking into this company http://www.icemodz.eu/ for their braided cables in any colors ya want for my next build and although I have seen reviews where everyone says they are TOP notch in custom work and always stand by their work I was just curious if anyone on here has used them before or knows of someone else they used and highly recommend. i want the white cables to match my next build and i want them to be the same kinda fabric braided material. so anyone used them or have and other suggestions?

Never used them myself, but I've seen about a bajillion reviews saying they are great. I don't do custom cables in my builds right now, but if I were to need em, i'd go straight to Ice Modz.

Check out Mainframe Customs(Previously know an Lutr0 Customs, after the guy who is credited for making cable sleeving/sewing a 'thing'): https://mainframecustom.com/

Are you looking to buy pre-made cables, or are you going to hand-sleeve your PSU+ System cables?

Either way, theres also some good cable management items in there.

I doubt that'll ever become a reality, theres alot to choose from.

Due to the way PCB's are fabricated, and lithography(for example, in producing the Silkscreen layer on MB's/GPU's/ETC, The thousands of tiny IC/Component labels you see)

But back to your original question, If your just simply looking for cables to replace your current PSU's/System cables: As ShadowEye said, CableMod makes great kits. Ive used 2-3 in builds for other people.

    What PSU do you have?

Maybe not custom coloured MB's but a) if you want, spray painting parts CAREFULLY is something as an alternative :P tbh. b) Also have a look at this. Something MSI was prototyping. https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/Z170...#hero-overview Built in LED on mobo can help colour your case :P Maybe they can expand on this later on haha

Id imagine that they charge alot for those custom cables. Most powersupplies that are worth a damn that Ive encountered have a mesh chafewrap around the cables already. you can buy that a lighter a knife and some heat shrink and do your cables yourself for less that 30 bucks.

I'd honestly pick the powersupply that best works for my comp then remove and replace the chafewrap on the wires. way cheaper that way and you know youre getting a good power supply. it just happens to be a little bit more work, but its retarded easy work.

Im running a corsair 850w supply and its a trooper. Havent had any issues and I can modify it with the parts it comes with to fit any power hook up relatively easily and its got enough cables to supply a full tower with 3 hard drives 2 cards so on and so fourth

Yea man mines a trooper too but it was from my previous build its not modular. I dont want all the extra wirea this time but i am a corsair and asus fan so it will more than likely be one of the 2.

I plan to get the msi 170 titanium so the silver will not look bad with my white on black set up. Plus its a beast of a mobo from the reviews iv seen.

Those cables are sick, they are very good in quality and make a custom pc project perfect and unique! Definitely worth it! :)
