    Default Any home brewers out there?

    Hi friends and beer lovers,

    I recently bought a 1 gallon brew kit (baby steps) and am interesting in jumping into home brewing. Anyone have some advice, tips, or recipes for me to try out?

    What kind of beer are you going to brew? Some dark beers can be aged.

    I am going to start simple first. Maybe some wheats, reds, and lagers. I would really what to try darker beers, sours, and IPAs. I really don't know at this point. I am literal starting from scratch, which is exciting!
