It already comes with good built in cooling and cable management in this case is amazing as you can see in the video I posted above. Also, the airflow is very good in this case and everything looks nice and neat and built quality is really good - it even has good sound insulation. I can't hear my PC running while it is under full Load. My fridge is louder at home than my PC.

Why do you need Network adapter??? The motherboard already has a built in 1GBit network card.

Also, why you switched GPU to Gigabyte. It would look nice to have MSI mobo and MSI GPU. They look great together. Well, anyways if you don't care about the looks then it's fine. But personally I really do care how my PC looks due to it has a window.

This is how it used to look with Corsair 230T case:
    Attachment 25154Attachment 25155

And this is how it looks with NZXT h440 case now:
    Attachment 25156Attachment 25157

Also, airflow improved with NZXT h440, I could mount water cooling radiator on the top, while in Corsair 230T I couldn't and cable management is so much better in NZXT H440 and in general it has more space inside.

That should be more like it. I definitely like the nzxt case more than the 230t. I just needed to find an orange version . I did remove the network card(I have zero idea whether or not that was necessary) and changed the gpu to MSI. Is there any reason the MSI one is $20 more than the Gigabyte one? I'm just gonna grab an extra fan just in case. Thanks for the advice!

No need for that fan. That case has all you need: 3 fans on the front as an intake and 1 fan on the back as an exhaust. That's all you need and those fans are also synchronized through the board that is built in the case (you will see once you put it together).
Also, you could drop that sound card off. It's garbage anyways and the on-board sound will be better than that sound card you chose. If you want a good sound card then get an external that connects through DAC USB but that costs like $200.

The difference between both GPU's in prices is just retail prices at the moment. However, MSI has better software and much better customer support than Gigabyte that's for sure. Gigabyte customer service is horrible. I had to sell my Gigabyte Z170 Gaming 7 motherboard and replace it with ASUS Z170 Maximus Hero Viii because Gigabyte had so many problems that they did not care to fix. One of the major problems was sound and I even opened a thread on Gigabyte forum where many people replied with the same problem and Gigabyte did not care to fix it. So, no more Gigabyte for me.

Here is that thread, it's even on the first page on Google now once you type "z170 gaming 7 audio" in a search bar:

Bam. I added the wifi adapter because I might not have a wired connection all the time (depending on where my apartment is).

Get a Powerline adapter. It's better and faster than any WiFi adapter:

The way it works, you connect one in the Router and connect another one in your PC and plug both of them in the power outlet. Then you synchronize them and BOOM you have a wired wireless connection.

That sounds pretty good. I'll do that. I think that the build is finished! I'll be ordering it this weekend

Cheers all, and thanks for the help!

You should have actually gotten the EVGA FTW 1070, it's better than the MSI edition as it has more Power draw capability with a 6 and 8 pin PCI-E Power connector.

The GTX 1070 doesn't need more than 8 pin connector. Remember that Pascal GPU draws way less power than Maxwell.
Here is how well it overclocks:
    http://www.guru3d.com/articles-pages...review,30.html

My ASUS ROG STRIX GTX 1070 overclocks easy peasy and has no power issues. no thermal throttling and no power throttling. Just overclocked to 2050 Mhz and Temperature is just 68C and Core Clock is stable. Haven't tried to OC the memory yet.
Same story with ASUS STRIX ... can overclock memory to 9400Mhz

The extra power ALLOWS for better overclocking BEYOND the card's normal capacity. It's extra on top of the already great OC'ing potential.

You need to read more on Pascal architecture. There is no need for extra power on GTX 1070. Even 1080 has enough of single 8 pin connector. Some custom PCBs have extra 6 pin connector not for overclocking but for features it brings, like RGB lighting and more.
I showed you two links with benchmark tests and they clearly show that there is no need for two 8-pin connectors in order to achieve maximum Overclock of the card. GTX 1070 is locked in BIOS to 2100 Mhz and if you want more then you need to install a custom BIOS.

The fact that GDDR5 maximum frequency is 8008 Mhz the benchmark tests show that overclocking it to 9400 Mhz is beyond what GDDR5 is meant to achieve. Clearly, it shows that single 8-pin connector on GTX 1070 is more than enough.
