So as I stated my dislike for red I didn't know you get the kingston in different colors and the asrock frailty board is dun dun dunnnnnn RED. So I scoured google for mother board reviews, I think I read like 13 different motherboard reviews and with the color pallet I am aiming for I went with a slightly cheaper but higher reviewed mother board than the frailty pro gaming i7 board. Its am MIS Krait gaming board. So with the MSI MB and the Avexir ram I am +20 ooff the build.

I did notice I will also have to add a card for bluetooth.
Ah, Wireless is easy. Buy https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HF8K0O6/?tag=pcpapi-20 and it has Wireless AC, and Bluetooth both! The MSI line of boards is great. I personally use an MSI Z170A SLI Plus. It works fantastically, and Overclocks my i5-6600k to 4.6Ghz, which is pretty good for a CPU like that. It also for the less Overclock knowleged, has an Easy OC feature in the Bios that OC's a 6600k to 4.0 Ghz, which is a great starting point.

Thanks for all the advice, I have taken it on board and am going for the upgrade option. Might need some help if I try to over clock

I personally used the Easy OC function in the Bios of my MSI Z170A SLI Plus for about 3 - 4 months before attempting a manual Overclock. And i've gradually just boosted the OC further. I'd go for 4.7Ghz, but I don't think I can do it on the Air Cooler I have.

Better to get Powerline adapter rather than Wireless. It's basically cordless cord connection. Linus did somewhere a test and it showed that Wireless connection has most latency, then comes powerline adapter and the least ofcourse is cord connection.

I understand that, but some people don't have access to their Router. Specifically people living in Apartments or College Dorms.

It's without the retail box, heat-sink and has shorter warranty.

OEM/Tray CPU's don't have Heatsinks that come with them. And sometimes come with a shorter warranty. Don't buy them.
